BAT DWC is an aircraft maintenance organization that partners with ASB SIA- a European Union based maintenance organization. Between our South Florida, EU and Dubai based facilities our aircraft specific trained technicians have centuries of combined experience in a diverse range of aircraft.

We are currently looking for a Russian speaking Ground Handling Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of ground handling services, including VIP services, aircraft marshaling, baggage handling, refueling, and hangar operations

Ensure timely and efficient turnaround of business and private aircraft

Coordinate with clients, Fixed Base Operators (FBOs), airport authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Ensure all ground operations are conducted in compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Maintain the highest standards of customer service, tailored to the needs of business aviation clients

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Manage the allocation and maintenance of ground handling equipment and facilities

Monitor and control budgets related to ground handling operations

Ensure the availability and readiness of ground handling resources for peak times and special events

Facilitate effective communication between ground handling staff, clients, and airport authorities

Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in ground handling operations, preferably in business aviation

Knowledge of Russian language

Experience in working at DWC airport

In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, ground handling procedures, and business aviation standards

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in using ground handling software and other relevant computer applications
