Requirements &

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or general accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with international accounting software and ERP systems.

Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and e-invoicing requirements is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Fluency in Russian is mandatory.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with UAE e-invoicing and VAT requirements.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate invoicing records in accounting software and financial systems.
• Coordinate with clients regarding invoice-related queries.
• Assist in preparing financial reports related to billing and collections.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare documentation required by auditors and banks as requested.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing information.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and supporting records.

• Salary: Starting from AED 10,000; final compensation will be determined based on qualifications and interview performance.
