Job Accountabilities: Obtain tasks related to import and export air cargo by receiving weights, keep shipment.
Resolving customer complaints, pre-claim handing and claim support Maintain communication with Ground Handling teams to coordinate operations, ensuring and timely issue resolution Coordinate with other units of sales function and other business units to verify customer service standards Communicate with customers to gather and define business requirements, to improve alignment between client expectations and deliverables.
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information. Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems. Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
