STEP 14: 12-Month Paid Internships

Sadler's Wells is partnering with the STEP Programme to offer paid trainee opportunities for young east Londoners looking to take their first step into the arts and cultural sector.

We are recruiting STEP Trainees across a number of departments, including:

• Learning & Engagement
• Marketing
• Breakin' Convention
• Development
• As a STEP Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience while developing the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to build a successful career in the creative industries.

Trainees will receive structured support throughout the programme and alongside your role at Sadler's Wells, you will benefit from:

• Monthly professional development workshops
• One-to-one career coaching
• Industry mentoring
• Peer learning opportunities with a cohort of fellow trainees
• Ongoing support as you progress your creative career
