The Enterprise Communications Team provides the following services
:i. Unified Communications Services at Headquarters and Country Office
- sMove/Add/Changes/upgrades: Teleco
- mTelecom application technical support: the team performs configuration and/or troubleshooting and escalates to vendor in case of problems

- CDesktop Clients – UCG performs configuration and/or troubleshooting and escalates to Cisco in case of problems

- sIn case of problems with PTT Trunks for local and long distance, the group troubleshoots and escalates to Telecom vendor to resolution
