About the Opportunity

As one of the fastest growing implant companies in the industry that achieved significant year-over-year growth, Hiossen Implant Canada is expanding!

We are currently looking for an organized, reliable Logistic Coordinator with a precise attention to detail. This is an in-person role based in our Markham lab office, you will help to manage purchasing, warehousing, distribution, forecasting, and/or customer service.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Maintain accurate records and files of inventory usage in the ERP system.
• Coordinate warehousing and storeroom activities with outside agencies and organizations.
• Develop delivery schedules and drop shipment strategies.
• Work with carrier and third-party services.
• Assisting customers and resolving shipment issues and complaints.
• Receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Reviewing and verifying product details like price, weight and other labelling essentials.
• Assist other team members when needed to meet tight deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong command of English language and good communication skills.
• Excellent Knowledge of MS office (Such as Microsoft Excel)
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25-30 pounds.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
