What You’ll DoMaintain and manage financial records using Microsoft Business Central.
Record daily transactions including sales, vendor invoices, and expenses.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice tracking and collections.
Review payroll entries and ensure compliance with government remittances (e.g., HST, WSIB, source deductions).
Support year-end closing and liaise with HO accounting team.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting including variance analysis and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare and distribute management information (MI) reports to support operations Support insurance paperwork and maintain organized digital and paper filing systems.
Other duties as assignedWhat You’ll Bring3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a small business or service-based environment.
Experience of working in Microsoft Business Central.
Experience in an auto body or automotive setting is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
Systems-savvy with strong ability to work with software tools, extract and link data, generate reports, debug issues and identify insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
