- Sales Executive (Banking Sector)Sell banking products such as credit cards.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and business goals
- Generate leads through field sales, referrals, and direct customer engagement
- Explain product features, eligibility, benefits, and terms to customers
- Assist customers with application submission and documentation (KYC compliance)
- Ensure accurate verification of customer documents as per bank requirements
- Follow up with customers on application status and approvals
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and activity updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulations, and data confidentiality standards
- Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and outdoor marketing activities
- Stay updated on banking products, offers, and competitor activities
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
- Work towards achieving both sales volume and quality targets
Preferred Experience
1–3 years in banking sales, financial services, credit cards, or direct salesUAE banking experience preferred.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
Experience in selling banking products.
Good knowledge of banking products, features, and eligibility criteria.
