The role connects daily program tracking, business analysis, stakeholder communication, process design, and customer experience improvement. By diving deep into data and operational trends, the position helps reduce disruptions, improve returns cycle time, strengthen delivery experience, and support scalable reverse logistics execution.
Key Responsibilities * Monitor multiple reverse logistics sites from an operations, transportation, and compliance perspective.* Track daily program performance and identify risks, delays, disruptions, and improvement opportunities.* Work with internal and external stakeholders to support timely launches, stable operations, and achievement of key performance metrics.* Understand transportation operations issues quickly and assess business challenges, operational gaps, strengths, and weaknesses.* Recommend practical areas for improvement across reverse logistics, returns handling, delivery experience, and site performance.* Map business requirements and translate operational needs into clear process improvements and functional specifications.* Study and analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, manual dependencies, compliance gaps, and customer experience risks.* Design solutions that improve cycle time, operational accuracy, financial control, and reverse logistics efficiency.* Develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasts, budgets, and business analysis for leadership visibility.* Use data to identify opportunities that improve customer experience and operational reliability across MENA reverse logistics.* Deep dive into emerging industry practices and apply relevant learnings to solve business and transportation problems.* Design, develop, pilot, and roll out enterprise-wide programs related to performance improvement, returns cycle time, delivery experience, financial auditing, and alternate delivery services.* Coordinate with operations teams, transportation partners, compliance teams, finance stakeholders, technology teams, and service providers.* Scrutinize operational details, identify patterns in data, and anticipate implications before they affect service quality.* Support launch readiness activities by aligning stakeholders, tracking requirements, and removing execution blockers.* Prepare structured updates and recommendations for leadership based on performance trends, risks, and operational findings.
