Pay: 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 (AED) per month

Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual Customer Relations Executive to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a blend of excellent communication skills and strong administrative support. You will be responsible for managing client interactions, supporting sales efforts through telesales, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Bilingual Communication: Effectively handle inquiries and provide support in both English and Hindi.
• Telesales & Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on existing leads to drive business growth.
• Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day office tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining CRM records.
• Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a professional demeanor.
• Problem Solving: Address client concerns and coordinate with internal departments to provide timely solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Admin, or Customer Relations.
• Language: Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
• UAE Experience: Prior experience working in the UAE is highly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and "people" skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
