Hiring: Receptionist & Operations Coordinator

KEMET Prime Properties is a growing real estate company based in Dubai, dedicated to providing exceptional service and trusted real estate advisory to clients and investors.
We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and highly organized Receptionist & Operations Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Client Relations
- Welcome clients, investors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and property viewings.
- Maintain a professional reception area and meeting rooms.
- Deliver an outstanding client experience at all times.
Sales & Operations Support
- Assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate property viewings and client appointments.
- Update and maintain CRM systems, client databases, and lead records.
- Assist with property listings, documentation, and transaction files.
- Follow up with clients, developers, and service providers when required.
Administration
- Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems and company records.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and courier services.
- Support company events, meetings, and daily office operations.
HR & Compliance Support
- Assist with employee onboarding and document collection.
- Support visa applications, labour documentation, Emirates ID renewals, and related administrative processes.
- Maintain employee records and administrative files.
Executive Support
- Assist senior management with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Follow up on action items and maintain organized records of ongoing tasks.
- Handle confidential company information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Arabic language skills are mandatory.
- Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in reception, administration, customer service, or office coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Real estate experience is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
