Greet residents/guests and manage all inquiries, deliveries, and bookings.

Monitor visitor entry and coordinate with security to ensure property safety.

Assist residents with lifestyle requests, from transport to local recommendations.

Maintain the pristine appearance of the lobby and ensure all front-of-house operations run smoothly.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role from a luxury/5-star hotel or high-end residential environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physically fit, well-groomed, proactive and team-player.
Professional proficiency in Russian and English is required due to regular interaction with Russian-speaking guests.
