Job Description

• Handle reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and holiday packages accurately and efficiently using travel booking platforms/software -Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat; resolve inquiries, issues, and special requests promptly and professionally.-Ensure all bookings comply with airline, hotel, and regulatory requirements; prepare itineraries, tickets, and travel documents accurately.-Coordinate with sales, operations, and suppliers to confirm bookings, update availability, and provide management with booking trends and client feedback.

Qualifications

• Open to Tagalog speakers-Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a reservation agent in travel and tourism - outbound tour operations.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and suppliers.-Proficient in travel booking systems and MS Office.
