Gender: AnyCandidate Nationality: AnyJob Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities * Support the implementation of the school s inclusion policy framework across all learning phases* Assess students skills, learning needs, behavioral patterns, and support requirements* Develop teaching plans that respond to individual student abilities and educational goals* Adapt curriculum content, classroom activities, and assessment methods to meet specific student needs* Record learning data for students of determination and monitor academic, social, and behavioral progress* Create Individual Education Plans and Behaviour Plans in coordination with senior leadership, school counselors, class teachers, and parents* Implement IEPs, assess student performance, and adjust learning support strategies when needed* Plan, organize, and assign activities suitable for each student s abilities, progress level, and learning style* Discuss student development with parents, teachers, counselors, and school administrators* Mentor Learning Support Assistants working with students who require additional learning support* Promote inclusive classroom practices that encourage participation, confidence, and student wellbeing Ideal Profile * Bachelor s or Master s degree in Special Education* Relevant teaching experience in SEN, special education, or inclusion support* Previous experience working in an inclusive school environment will be preferred* Strong understanding of Individual Education Plans, Behaviour Plans, differentiated instruction, and student progress tracking* Ability to assess learning needs and design practical support plans for students of determination* Skilled in working with school leadership, class teachers, parents, counselors, and Learning Support Assistants* Patient, organized, empathetic, and committed to student-centered learning* Available to join immediately* Candidates with sponsor visa will be given preference Skills Set * SEN teaching* Special education support* Inclusive education* Individual Education Plans* Behaviour Plans* Student assessment* Curriculum adaptation* Differentiated instruction* Learning data recording* LSA mentoring* Parent and teacher coordination
