Your work profileWe are looking for Consultant/Senior Consultants for the Engineering practice. The role involves responsibility for being a part of/leading a work stream or module on a large-scale project or overall delivery lead in case of short term/ small scale engagement.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate professional experience and knowledge, coupled with strong technical background to help define and execute/contribute to end-to-end cross-functional projects.

Key skills required
- Having Capability and willingness to software program the customer requirements using an object-oriented approach and to thoroughly test them before delivery.
- Having Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and spoken
- Having Good hands-on experience on tools, like Eclipse or IntelliJ
- Having Passion towards Java programming, technology and problem solving.
- Having Working experience in agile software development (daily scrum, pair sessions, sprint planning, retro & review, clean code and self-organized), configuration, testing and release management.
- Having experience in test driven development, test first development, code refactoring and Profiling.
- Having Knowledge of enterprise security domain, PSIM - Physical Security Information Management, including Access Control, Intrusion, Perimeter Detection, Video and Fire Systems
- Implementing policies regarding security, network usage, and disaster recovery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Having An engineering degree B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc with good academic record.

Competencies
- Having 5_ years of IT software development experience in a professional Java SE or Spring software development environment.
- Having Hands-on experience in Java, Spring framework, JUnit, Angular, Eclipse RCP 3.X / 4.X, HTML5, Mockito and RESTful webservices, Linux.
- Hands-on experience on Apache ActiveMQ, Hibernate, JavaScript, Spring Boot, JMS, XML, JASON, Postgresql.
- Having Hands-on experience on tools, like RTC Jazz, SVN, GIT, GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube
- Good work experience in container concepts (Docker) and cloud (like AWS).
