- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in various subjects, including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, English, and Languages.
- Develop personalized lesson plans and educational materials tailored to the individual needs of each student.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to achieve their academic goals.
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents/guardians to discuss progress and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on educational best practices and curriculum changes to ensure high-quality tutoring services.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Education or a relevant field (Masters degree preferred).
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in an online setting.
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum and educational standards for various grade levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents.
- Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience, with a track record of helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Experience in using digital learning tools and platforms is highly desirable.
- Working Hours
