Overview
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and driving system and process improvements across the organization. The role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize operations, enhance system utilization, and support strategic initiatives, with a strong focus on WFX and related enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and projects.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
- Support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing utilization of WFX and other business systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, business challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and other project documentation.
- Conduct data analysis and generate insights to support business decision-making and process optimization.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of business requirements.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Ensure proper documentation of business processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Support change management initiatives and provide end-user training when required.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, business standards, and data governance requirements.
- Pre-requisites
- Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.5 - 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, ERP systems, process improvement, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with WFX (World Fashion Exchange) is preferred.
- Experience working within the apparel manufacturing industry will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation methodologies.
- Experience with ERP systems, workflow management systems, and enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, Power BI, or business intelligence solutions will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Experience conducting UAT, system testing, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
