Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Manager – Middle East & Cyprus to drive growth for our gourmet and industrial product portfolios in our region. In this role, you will bridge the gap between market insights and commercial execution.
You will be responsible for translating food and consumer trends into actionable marketing strategies, launching innovative ingredient solutions, and co-creating value with our industrial, artisanal, and foodservice customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, etc.).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the creation of marketing materials, including content, graphics, and promotional collateral.
- Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
- Assist in budget management and tracking for marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Travel may be required for events, meetings, and other business-related activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years or +) in marketing and communication, with a strong preference for B2B food ingredients, FMCG, or the flavor/fragrance industry.
- Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market and consumer behavior preferably in the chocolate industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- French language is a plus
- Experience creating marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
