We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Head - Domestic IT Staffing to lead and scale staffing operations focused on enterprise clients, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and strategic accounts across India.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale staffing operations, enterprise hiring initiatives, delivery operations, and client engagement models.

This role will be responsible for driving business growth, building delivery capabilities, establishing recruiting operations, and scaling strategic hiring partnerships.

Requirement/Must Have:10+ years of staffing and recruitment industry experience within the Indian market.

Proven experience managing enterprise staffing operations and delivery teams.

Strong understanding of GCC, MSP/VMS, direct client, and enterprise hiring models.

Experience supporting high-volume and niche hiring environments.

Strong operational, client management, and leadership capabilities.

Experience:10+ years of experience in staffing and recruitment leadership roles.

Experience leading recruiting and delivery teams in enterprise staffing environments.

Experience building scalable staffing operations and delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale the India staffing business unit across the enterprise and GCC clients.
Build and manage high-performing recruiting and delivery teams.
Establish scalable delivery processes, service-level agreements, governance models, and reporting structures.
Ensure effective execution across sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and onboarding activities.
Drive operational excellence, productivity, and delivery efficiency.
Develop and execute strategic workforce planning initiatives.
Mentor and develop recruiting managers, team leads, and recruiters.
