The Senior Technology Change and Communications Analyst is responsible for the analysis, development and delivery of successful communication and learning programs in support of Firm technology projects.
Utilizing a variety of communication and training methodologies to ensure the best user experience and optimum adoption of new software and processes, the Senior Technology Change and Communications Analyst helps guide the firm’s personnel through change.
The Senior Technology Change and Communications Analyst works under general supervision and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Bachelor's degree preferred
At least eight (8) years of related work experience
Excellent analytical skills
Creative thinker
Background knowledge of change and project management protocols advantageous
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint)
Advanced knowledge of eLearning software, including video creation and online training tools
Advanced knowledge of desktop productivity and document management software
Experience with macOS preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong motivational, presentation and people skills
Strong relationship-building capabilities
Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
Ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours
Ability to work independently and under own direction and initiative
Ability to learn new concepts and skills quickly
Occasional travel required

Target Hiring Range $93,000 - $136,000
Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWS provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work.
Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
