Report any quality issues or defects to the supervisor immediately.

Record (foresight, SAP, traveler...etc) production activities (std. and actual hrs., production#, unit# etc.) accurately as per company’s requirements MaintenancePerform routine and preventive upkeeps (including cleaning) and inspections of dept. equipment to ensure proper functionality.

Report any equipment malfunctions or needed repairs to the Team Lead or supervisor immediately.

Ensure proper tools management (storage, maintenance, etc.). Maintain an accurate inventory of tools. Specific

Responsibilities

Operate cranes to rig, lift, transport, and load coils on and to W/R tables.
Support critical lifts within the department (gantry moves).
Perform crimping lead terminations, heat shrink installations, taps preparation/installations and testing.
Clean and prepare surfaces (coils, conductor, taps, etc.) to be welded.
Build /repair end-rings, filling gaps and end-rings (Permabond, other chemicals etc.)
Check and remove foreign objects (bolts, residue wire) from coil ducts.
Ability to learn pre and post crimping operations.
Perform duties related to building resistors, casing and internal component assembly and potting.
Use measuring equipment, hand tools, air tools and power tools.
Check and read drawings, blueprints and other manufacturing documents.
Replenish material as needed for continuous production.
Report material shortage to Supervisor immediately.
Monitor assigned production orders and make machine/workflow adjustments to maintain efficiency.
Operate various Powered Industrial Trucks, and cranes.
Operate various scissor lifts and work at heights.
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or designate.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
An outstanding safety and quality conscious approach while performing work duties.
Excellent proficiency in English including demonstrated ability to follow verbal/written instructions and complete technical paperwork when needed
Flexibility to work 3 shift rotation is a requirement of the position.
