We're looking for a polished, people-first professional to join a front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you'll play a key role in shaping the experience from the moment someone walks through the door.

About the Role

This is a high-touch, customer-facing role in a busy service environment. You'll be expected to stay calm under pressure, guide customers through their journey efficiently, and coordinate with the wider team to keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and visitors professionally
• Understanding service needs and directing customers to the right channels
• Screening documentation and supporting queue and ticketing processes
• Identifying and prioritising VIP, elderly, and high-need customers
• Proactively managing customer expectations and flagging issues early
• Supporting de-escalation and coordinating with the branch team
• Guiding customers toward digital and self-service tools where appropriate

Qualifications

• 5 years in a customer-facing role
• Diploma or above in Business, Customer Service, Hospitality, or related field

Required Skills

• Clear, courteous communication across diverse backgrounds
• Composure in high-volume environments
• Basic familiarity with queue systems, office tools, or digital service platforms
• Arabic language skills
