NSW Department of Customer Service
Reporting to the Minister, with accountabilities to the Secretary, Department of Customer Service and the SIRA Board, you will set the strategic direction and oversee the performance of SIRA to ensure effective, risk-based regulation of NSW’s key insurance schemes.
This is a significant organisational leadership role responsible for driving reform, improving customer outcomes, and ensuring scheme sustainability and affordability. You will work in close partnership with the Board, providing balanced, strategic advice to support strong governance and decision-making.
You are a highly experienced senior executive with strong regulatory leadership capability and the ability to operate at the highest levels of government.
