Your Role

As the Operations Lead, you will be the backbone of this initiative.

Your responsibilities include

• Logistics & Administration: Managing scheduling, client onboarding, communication workflows, and record-keeping.
• System Building: Designing efficient, repeatable processes to ensure the coaching practice runs without friction.
• Strategic Growth: Helping to shape the operational roadmap so we can scale our reach and serve more people effectively.
• Cultural Stewardship: Maintaining an environment of authenticity and transparency within the team and with our clients.

Commitment We are looking for someone able to dedicate 2–3 hours per day.
