As a Project Engineer - Water and Wet Utilities based in Riyadh, you will play a leading role in managing and executing complex infrastructure projects related to water distribution, wastewater management, and wet utilities. This role is essential in ensuring environmentally compliant, cost‑effective, and high‑performing civil engineering solutions for key developments in Saudi Arabia's capital.
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; Master's or PMP/PE certification is an advantage Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in water/wet utilities engineering, including large‑scale project management Expertise in water treatment, wastewater design, and regulatory frameworks (local and international)Proficient with Auto CAD, Civil 3 D, EPANET, and hydraulic modeling tools; familiarity with GIS is a plus Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex engineering challenges Strong knowledge of sustainable and energy‑efficient water infrastructure practices Excellent communication and reporting skills in English Must be a Saudi national
