Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multiskill Labour to join our construction and maintenance team. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks across different trades, contributing to diverse projects including carpentry, painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, flooring,tile and fabrication.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills across multiple disciplines within a dynamic environment. All positions are paid, including internship opportunities.

Duties

• Assist with carpentry tasks such as framing, fitting, and finishing work
• Support roofing projects by preparing surfaces and assisting with installation or repairs
• Carry out construction painting to ensure surfaces are finished to high standards
• Perform plumbing tasks including pipe fitting, repairs, and installations
• Contribute to masonry work such as bricklaying or concrete finishing
• Support welding activities by preparing materials and assisting with fabrication tasks
• Assist with electrical installations and maintenance as required
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively across various trades
• Fabricate components or structures based on project specifications
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure safety and efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven experience or training in one or more of the following areas: carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work or fabrication
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and competently
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt to different tasks quickly
• Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions
• Willingness to learn new skills across multiple trades
• Relevant certifications or licences (e.g., CSCS card) are advantageous but not mandatory
• A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills

Pay: £90.00-£110.00 per day
