Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive role based in Jaipur. The Executive will support day-to-day business operations, including coordinating with internal teams, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting in tracking key performance indicators.

Responsibilities include managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and supporting communication between departments and external stakeholders as required. The role may involve assisting with vendor coordination, basic data analysis, and follow-up on action items to ensure timely completion of tasks.

The Executive will also contribute to process improvements, uphold company policies, and support management in executing strategic and operational plans.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with reports, data, and documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field; experience in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or corporate operations is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential information, and readiness to work in a structured on-site environment.
