Strategic Partnerships Manager – AI Data InfrastructureExperience: 3–5 Years
About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive enterprise growth across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Computer Vision, Robotics, Autonomous Systems, Healthcare AI, and Large Language Model companies.
The role will focus on helping organisations build high-quality AI datasets, improve model performance, streamline data operations, and scale human-in-the-loop workflows.
You will work directly with AI leaders, machine learning teams, data science organisations, and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities where data infrastructure can accelerate AI development.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Business Development● Identify AI-first organizations actively building models.● Build relationships with Heads of AI, VP AI, CTOs, ML Platform Leaders, and Data Science Leaders.● Create strategic account plans for enterprise customers.
- Consultative Selling● Understand customer AI workflows.● Identify challenges related to:○ Training data quality○ Annotation scalability○ RLHF requirements○ Model evaluation○ Data governance○ Dataset management
- Revenue Ownership● Own enterprise pipeline and revenue targets.● Drive opportunities from discovery through closure.● Lead proposal, commercial, and contract discussions.
- Strategic Partnerships● Build relationships with:○ AI consulting firms○ MLOps providers○ Cloud partners○ Research organizations○ AI product companies
Ideal Candidate
- Required● 3–5 years of B2B technology sales experience.● Experience selling AI, SaaS, Data, Cloud, Analytics, Engineering Services, or Technology Solutions.● Experience engaging technical buyers.
- Strongly Preferred● Understanding of:○ Machine Learning lifecycle○ Computer Vision○ LLMs○ Generative AI○ RLHF○ Data Annotation Ecosystem○ MLOps
