Are you passionate about creating inclusive, user-centered technology solutions? Multnomah County’s Department of County Assets (DCA) is seeking A Digital Product Owner (6055 Business Systems Analyst Senior) to join our IT Web & Digital Experience (WDX) team!
In this role, you will bridge the gap between Information Technology staff and County business partners, translating strategic needs into high-quality digital services for our internal and external customers. You will lead the execution of product development initiatives to elevate the usability and impact of our public-facing web products.

The Selection Process
We expect to evaluate candidates for this recruitment through the following structured phases:
Initial Review of Minimum Qualifications & KSAs: Evaluating application packets against the documented selection criteria.
Assessment of Candidates: This may include a review of training and experience by a subject matter expert, a technical exercise, or a phone screening interview.
Consideration of Top Candidates: Qualified finalists will be invited to panel interviews designed to evaluate core competencies.
Background Check and Reference Checks: All finalists must pass a thorough reference check and a criminal records background check prior to appointment.
Equal Pay Law
Actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the Oregon Equal Pay Law and will take into account factors such as the candidate's relevant experience, education, seniority, training, and tenure. Candidates should expect that initial offers will be made within the designated job profile pay range and typically not at the top of the range.

All County employees have an important role in serving the public during inclement weather, natural disasters, or other types of community emergency responses.
During these emergency events, while operations typically begin with a call for volunteers, county employees may ultimately be reassigned from their normal positions to an emergency response role to support the critical needs of our community neighbors.
