Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Officer – Arabic Speaking at Power House Gym Qatar. The Marketing Officer will perform a variety of tasks, including conducting market research, executing marketing strategies, managing social media marketing activities, and contributing to sales efforts.
The role requires creating and maintaining effective communication channels in Arabic and English to successfully engage clients and the community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Excellent Arabic writing skills (grammar, spelling, and composition), with proven professional experience demonstrating strong content creation and journalism abilities.
- Excellent English writing skills (grammar, spelling, and composition), with proven professional experience demonstrating strong writing ability.
- Preference will be given to candidates who were born and raised in Doha and possess a strong understanding of the local community, culture, and stakeholder landscape.

Responsibilities
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, public relations, or a similar role.
- Strong experience with social media management and paid advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
- Develop and implement digital marketing and communication strategies.
- Create, manage, and optimize engaging content and campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing and communication initiatives.
