Leadership | Community | Integrity | Agility | DiversityJOB POSITIONCarelon Global Solutions is seeking an Associate Finance Jr person who is excellent with the accounting and financial knowledge.JOB RESPONSIBILITYResponsible for the timely and accurate preparation of external financial statements and all related filings.

Primary duties may include, but not limited to:

Handling reconciliations, refunds and other billing system activities.

Prepares financial statements using the general ledger system and specific financial statement preparation software and analyzes results.

Assists with responses to government and/or regulatory agencies requests and questions.

Participates in the evaluation of anticipated transactions and assists with implementing changes to the financial statements and related disclosures, including the impact on risk-based capital.

Requires B.COM/MBA degree in Accounting or Finance; 0-1+ years of related accounting experience; or any combination of education and experience in accounting, which provides an equivalent background.

• Should have basic knowledge of MS Office (Word / Excel / PPT)

• SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESOverall, 0-1 year of experience in accounting/GL or reporting
• Effective Organizational, time-Management and decision-making skills.

Expert in analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze root cause analysis and result validation.

Good in verbal and written communication skills.
