Role Description

As a Tender Executive (Govt - Product Based) at Bearing Traders (I) Pvt Ltd, you will manage the end-to-end process for tender submissions in the government and public sectors.

Responsibilities include identifying tender opportunities, preparing documentation, analyzing tender requirements, coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance, and maintaining productive relations with government and public sector entities. This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Strong Government Relations and Local Government knowledge to navigate and engage effectively with public sector entities.
• Proficient Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with internal teams, clients, and government representatives.
• Sharp Analytical Skills for interpreting tender requirements and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
• Experience working within Public Sector processes, policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in coordinating and collaborating across departments.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with tender management software or tools is a plus.
