We are looking to hire an IT Support Executive for the Dubai Office in UAE.
Job Summary
The IT Technician will provide end-user support, manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 environments, maintain IT infrastructure, endpoint security, firewall management, printer management, patch management, and ensure smooth IT operations across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and business applications.
- Manage Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, mailboxes, and group management.
- Manage and monitor firewalls, VPN connectivity, web filtering, security policies, and network access controls.
- Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and collaborate with SOC teams on threat detection and incident response
- Administer Print Management System, printer queues, secure printing, print policies, and printer troubleshooting.
- Support and monitor VMware vSphere/ESXi environments
- Perform patch management and vulnerability remediation using Intune & Third-party Windows Update for Business, and security tools.
- Monitor and maintain endpoint security, Bit
- Locker, Microsoft Defender, EDR, and compliance status.
- Support Active Directory, Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, and network troubleshooting.
- Monitor backup jobs and support disaster recovery activities.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and ITSM tickets.
- Coordinate with vendors and support regional users.
- Assist with cybersecurity audits, compliance requirements, and security incident response.
- Experience 5–7 years of IT Infrastructure and Support experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, VMware, firewall administration, and endpoint management.
