Sarah Lawrence College
Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment & Dean of Admission and Financial Aid, the Associate Vice President of Enrollment will serve as a key member of the senior enrollment leadership team and a collaborative partner across the institution.
This role is designed to strengthen coordination, elevate shared strategy, and support the continued evolution of enrollment efforts in ways that build on the College’s established strengths and long-standing expertise.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree; a graduate degree and/or equivalent credential is preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in college admissions, enrollment management, or a related field, with a minimum of five years in leadership roles.
Experience in a liberal arts environment is valued; however, the College is also interested in candidates from specialized or mission-driven institutions (e.g., arts, engineering, business-focused) or those with a combination of relevant admissions and consulting experience, who bring transferable insight into enrolling distinct student populations.
This person will have exceptional operational skills, an adept strategic and analytical capability, and a technological, innovative, and resourceful orientation.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000–$175,000 annually, with final compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
