Recruitment Notes
This is an advanced professional and supervisory position supporting the Violence, Prevention and Intervention Division (VPID) Director. The AO3 is essential to maintaining VPID's operational integrity, providing oversight of business operations, grant compliance, and high-level administrative and strategic support to executive leadership.
Given the complexity of VPID's funding streams, regulatory requirements, and multidisciplinary service delivery model, this position plays a critical role in ensuring continuity across fiscal management, personnel coordination, and external partnerships.
In addition to core administration, this role independently manages Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) development/execution and leads grant writing efforts while applying strong knowledge of County processes and resolutions.
Further, the AO3 acts as key liaison to HR and ITD, coordinating personnel actions, system access, and multi-site operations, as well as facilitates division-wide reporting by creating data sets, dashboards, and monthly reports for leadership briefings and funder compliance.
