Administrative Officer 2 (Regulatory & Economic Resources)

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree. One year of administrative experience is required. Additional administrative experience may substitute for the required college education on a year for year basis.

Recruitment Notes

This is an advanced administrative position in which the incumbent is responsible for ordering, maintaining, storing, assigning, and distributing Code Compliance Division supplies, including field and office staff uniforms, and unit field and office supplies and equipment. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing various inventory activities in the Code Compliance Division.

This position is mission-critical to ensure all the Code Compliance Divisions inventory is tracked and monitored effectively and efficiently.

This position will be responsible for all new employee onboarding, including preparing initial supply and uniform requests to be issued to new employees, as well as coordinating Office in a box as needed. This position is also fiscally responsible for ensuring the accurate maintenance and distribution of supplies, and for recording supplies issued to employees to support inventory reconciliation.

Furthermore, the incumbent in this position will be responsible for overseeing the designated storage/supply rooms for the Code Compliance Division and maintaining an updated inventory assessment of such supplies/uniforms.

The incumbent in this position will serve as the direct liaison between the Code Compliance Division and the RER Fleet and Asset Project Manager and the RER Transportation and Inventory Coordinator.
