Summary
YOU MUST HAVE WAREHOUSE VERIFER EXPERIENCE!!
The Warehouse Verifier is responsible for checking, validating, and documenting all incoming and outgoing materials within the warehouse. This role ensures inventory accuracy, supports efficient warehouse operations, and helps maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify incoming shipments by comparing packing lists, purchase orders, and physical goods.
- Inspect materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
- Confirm outgoing shipments match customer orders, pick lists, and shipping documents.
- Record and update inventory data in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Tag, label, and organize products according to company procedures.
- Conduct cycle counts and full inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve inventory or documentation issues.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with loading/unloading as needed to support warehouse flow.
- Communicate discrepancies to supervisors, purchasing, or logistics teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, invoices, and purchase orders
- Basic computer skills; experience with WMS or ERP systems is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse or inventory experience preferred
Work Location: In person
Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (Overtime as needed)
