ABOUT THE COMPANY

We’re incubating a new AI‑driven hospitality company, starting with hotel management. The CEO will shape it in the field with design partners. Backed by extremely strong top tier investors. We are looking for a hospitality leader to build and run a company. Turn the thesis into a product with customers, hire the early team, set the commercial model, secure the first repeatable wins, and lead the next fundraise.

You partner closely with the Executive Chairman, who carries industry relationships while you run the business.WHAT YOU’LL DOTurn the thesis into a product with design partners.

Win and own the first customers — Chairman opens doors; you convert and carry.

Recruit and lead operating and technical leadership.

Set pricing, packaging, and recurring‑revenue path.

Lead software and AI product development (directly or via hires).

Own the fundraising narrative and next financing round.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum 7+ years in hospitality (Hotels)
• Experience running hotels, a business unit, a P&L, or a major function.
• First‑hand understanding of hospitality pain points and a clear POV on the future.
• Drive and judgment to turn that POV into a product and company.
• Strength in early, consultative selling.
• Commercial judgment on pricing and durable revenue.AI
