JOB PURPOSE
IT Support - Intern, the role will be responsible to monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the organization. He/She is responsible to install and configure computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solve technical problems through multiple support channels or face to face.
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and configuring user workstations and peripheral devices.
- Support the IT helpdesk by logging and following up on support tickets.
- Help troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues under supervision.
- Assist in maintaining the IT asset register and equipment inventory.
- Support user onboarding/offboarding tasks such as account creation and device preparation.
- Learn and assist with basic ERP system operations and end-user support.
- Perform any other IT-related tasks as assigned by the IT team.
- Assist in coordinating ISP-related activities including invoice verification and follow-up, new internet line requests, and monitoring of ongoing ISP services and vendor correspondence.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Recently completed a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
