About The Role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Brand Manager to lead Sneakares marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, and growth. This role involves managing the complete marketing funnel, overseeing brand communication, leading the marketing team, and driving impactful campaigns end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Campaign Management
- Drive brand awareness initiatives and ensure consistent visibility across all consumer touchpoints
- Develop and execute long-term brand-building strategies alongside performance-driven campaign
- Lead end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, product launches, seasonal drops, and collaborations
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital and offline channels
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns while maintaining brand consistency and quality
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless campaign rollouts
- Marketing Funnel Ownership
- Drive the complete marketing funnel from awareness to conversion and retention
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to optimize campaigns and customer acquisition
- Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement optimization strategies
- Build and execute retention, engagement, and community-building initiatives
- Content & Brand Strategy
- Lead content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Oversee content calendars, campaign narratives, storytelling, and creative direction
- Collaborate with designers, creators, photographers, and video editors for execution
- Ensure content aligns with brand identity, trends, and audience preferences
- Team Management & Leadership
- Lead and manage the internal marketing function including Graphic Design, Video Editing, Content Strategy, Social Media, Performance Marketing, TVC Marketing, Organic Marketing, and Retention Marketing
- Manage and mentor a team comprising Executives, Senior Executives, and Interns, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and performance standards
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing verticals to ensure alignment with brand and business objectives
- Build scalable processes, workflows, and reporting mechanisms for the marketing team
- Coordinate with founders and leadership on brand and growth initiatives
- Budgeting & Performance Tracking
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across channels and campaigns
- Track ROI, CAC, engagement, and campaign performance metrics
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize growth and visibility
- Prepare performance reports and insights for leadership reviews
Requirements
- Proven experience leading multi-functional marketing teams across content, creative, performance, retention, and brand marketing functions
- Strong people management skills with experience managing team members across different experience levels
- Demonstrated ability to balance brand-building initiatives with business and growth objectives
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign management
- Experience managing end-to-end brand campaigns and marketing funnels
- Proven team management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Analytical mindset with strong understanding of marketing metrics and ROI tracking
- Prior experience in consumer brands, fashion, or streetwear is a plus
