Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in artificial intelligence and machine learning in the pharmaceutical industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where AI and ML can be applied to enhance drug development processes.

Develop and implement AI and ML algorithms to analyze and interpret large datasets from clinical trials and experiments.

Work closely with scientists and researchers to understand their data needs and provide solutions using AI and ML techniques.

Communicate findings and results to team members and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during the implementation of AI and ML models.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, in all AI and ML activities.

Participate in team meetings and discussions to share progress, ideas, and insights on AI and ML projects.

Continuously improve and optimize AI and ML models to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Complete all assigned tasks and projects within designated timelines.

Actively seek feedback and mentorship from team members and use it to improve skills and knowledge.
