Mars United Commerce is seeking an Executive Vice President, Digital Commerce. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving the strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovation of the agency’s digital commerce practice.
This leader will oversee a 150-person team delivering integrated retail media, eCommerce, marketplace, and digital commerce solutions for our clients and engage in pitch opportunities for potential clients or retention efforts.
The EVP will own a $50M business, with responsibility for P&L performance, client growth, product development, and team leadership. This role requires a visionary leader who can scale capabilities, deepen partnerships with retailers and platforms, and position the agency as a market leader in retail media and eCommerce transformation.
They will also collaborate closely with cross-agency leadership across strategy, data, creative, and technology to deliver integrated commerce solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for clients.

USD $325,000.00 - USD $385,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
