About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Credit Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial analysis skills, attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate the creditworthiness of listed and unlisted entities. Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Credit Assessment
• Analyze the financial statements of listed and unlisted companies, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, Cash Flow Statements, and Notes to Accounts.
• Evaluate business performance, financial strength, liquidity position, leverage levels, profitability, and cash flow adequacy.
• Conduct detailed ratio analysis and interpret financial trends.
• Assess credit risks and identify key strengths and weaknesses of businesses.
• Review industry dynamics, competitive positioning, and business risks impacting credit quality.
• Research & Comparative Analysis
• Perform comparative analysis of companies within the same industry and across peer groups.
• Study sectoral developments, market trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors influencing credit profiles.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for internal review and decision-making.

Candidate Profile

Educational QualificationBachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Candidates pursuing or having completed CA, CFA, MBA (Finance), FRM, or equivalent qualifications will have an added advantage.

Experience1–2 years of experience in credit analysis, financial analysis, risk assessment, banking, rating advisory, consulting, NBFCs, or related financial services.

Key Skills Required

• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of ratio analysis, credit risk assessment, and business evaluation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
