What You Actually Need (Requirements)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Science paired with a mandatory B.Ed or Early Childhood Education (ECE) diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized kindergarten or Montessori environment.
• Excellent spoken English and a highly energetic, patient personality to handle young learners.

Your Daily Reality (Responsibilities)

• You will plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons following the EYFS or CBSE early years curriculum framework.
• You must actively monitor the social and emotional development of children, maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom.
• You will regularly communicate with parents through scheduled meetings and daily learning diaries to update them on their child's progress.
