About the Role
-We are seeking a visionary and commercially driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and scale our India operations. The role will be responsible for driving business growth, market expansion, strategic partnerships, AI solution adoption, and overall organizational performance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business leadership, enterprise sales, strategic partnership development, and practical exposure to Artificial Intelligence solutions. This role requires a leader capable of building scalable businesses, establishing market presence, and driving revenue growth across enterprise, technology, cybersecurity, defense, and digital transformation ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Define and execute the long-term growth strategy for India operations in alignment with global business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and business scalability.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities across AI, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, defense, and digital transformation sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to establish the organization as a leading provider of AI-driven business solutions.
- Build sustainable competitive advantages through innovation, partnerships, and market positioning.
- Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Lead enterprise business development initiatives and drive new customer acquisition.
- Develop high-value relationships with enterprise clients, government agencies, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Own revenue targets, sales performance, pipeline management, and business growth metrics.
- Build and implement go-to-market strategies for AI-powered products and solutions.
- Negotiate and close strategic partnerships, alliances, and large-scale commercial engagements.AI Integration & Solution Strategy
- Lead discussions with enterprise clients regarding AI adoption, integration, and business transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with technology and product teams to align AI solutions with customer requirements and market opportunities.

- Support the development and commercialization of AI products and intelligent business solutions.
- Stay current with AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments to guide strategic decisions.

- Establish and strengthen relationships with technology providers, system integrators, consulting firms, government agencies, and industry associations.
- Develop strategic alliances that enhance market reach, capability expansion, and revenue opportunities.
- Build a robust ecosystem of partners to support AI solution deployment and business growth.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and executive-level engagements.
- Operational Leadership & Organizational Development
- Provide leadership across business functions including sales, partnerships, operations, customer success, and strategy.
- Build scalable organizational structures and operating models to support rapid growth.

- Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Management, or a related field.MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.10–18 years of experience in business leadership, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or business development roles.
- Minimum 2–3 years of exposure to Artificial Intelligence, AI-enabled products, automation platforms, or AI-driven business solutions.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, business expansion, and market development.
- Experience leading enterprise sales, strategic alliances, partnerships, or large-scale business initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in scaling businesses.
- Experience interacting with CXOs, government stakeholders, investors, and strategic partners.
