About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to manage creator campaigns from planning to execution. The role involves creator sourcing, negotiations, campaign management, and coordination with creators and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators and talent managers.
• Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and timelines with creators.
• Coordinate campaign execution and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Track creator communication, budgets, and campaign progress.
• Review content submissions against campaign requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve campaign-related issues.
• Maintain creator databases and campaign trackers.
• Prepare campaign updates and performance reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Talent Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and creator ecosystems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
