📍 Location: Meerut

📅 Duration: 3-Month Internship | Full-Time | Paid

At Karan Sporting, we work on custom sportswear and accessories with a strong focus on quality and execution. We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Intern who is ready to take ownership of day-to-day production activities—from fabric sourcing to final dispatch.

If you’re dependable, organized, and curious about how apparel production works on the ground, this role will give you real exposure and responsibility.

🔧 Key Responsibilities🧵 Production & Quality Control

• Physically check finished garments for size, stitching, print, logo placement, colors, and tags
• Conduct final quality checks as per PO / spec sheet
• Maintain order trackers and delivery timelines
• Organize digital folders (POs, invoices, design files)

👷 Vendor & Production Workforce Management

• Act as point of contact for printers, tailors, and artisans
• Visit vendors to follow up on timelines and resolve production issues
• Handle karigar payments and maintain payout logs
• Help evaluate new vendors and flag quality or technical challenges
• Support enforcement of basic quality standards across production

📦 Logistics & Dispatch

• Oversee packing and dispatch of orders
• Coordinate with courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, etc.)
• Handle local pickup and drop of fabric and orders
• (2-wheeler + valid license required)

📸 Media & Sample Coordination (Optional – Bonus Skill)

• Assist with preparing and sending samples to potential clients
• Capture photos/videos of production and packing (BTS content)
• Support short reels or stories showcasing the process

✅ Who Should Apply

• Based in Meerut (or willing to relocate)
• Has a 2-wheeler + valid driving license
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable
• Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets & Drive
• Interest in apparel / manufacturing is a plus
• Bonus: Photography or social media interest
