Telecaller Intern (Business Development & Lead Qualification)

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, understanding customer requirements, qualifying prospects, and identifying potential sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Understand customer requirements and assess buying intent.
• Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Schedule follow-ups and share qualified leads with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Requirements

• 12th Pass, Undergraduate, Graduate, or Fresher.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls.
• Interest in Sales, Business Development, Customer Engagement, or Lead Generation.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
