The Higher-Level Learning Support Assistant (HLTA) leads the delivery of targeted interventions for students with SEND, while managing the operational and administrative systems that underpin the school's inclusion provision. This role combines direct student support with strategic coordination—planning intervention timetables, administering access arrangements, and ensuring seamless exam logistics.
The HLTA champions an inclusive culture, promotes pupil independence, and works collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure all learners make outstanding progress
