As part of our growth plans, we are expanding our marketing team and looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can drive lead generation, campaign performance, and digital growth initiatives across multiple brands, business units, and client projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a digital marketing agency or managing multiple brands simultaneously. This role requires the ability to handle diverse campaigns, industries, and objectives while maintaining a strong focus on lead generation and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
• Manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting B2B decision-makers and enterprise audiences.
• Execute Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
• Develop and manage digital marketing strategies for multiple brands and business verticals.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPL, CTR, Conversion Rates, and ROAS.
• Set up and manage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Build audience segments, remarketing campaigns, and conversion funnels.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Work closely with content, design, and business teams to improve campaign outcomes.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support landing page optimization and A/B testing initiatives.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Experience running LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Good understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience in B2B lead generation campaigns.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency will be highly preferred.
• Experience handling multiple clients, brands, or business units.
• Exposure to B2B marketing and lead generation.
• Understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and marketing automation.
• Experience working with CRM and lead management platforms.
